These Terms of Service govern your use of the FURSOY Mail desktop application. By installing or using FURSOY Mail, you agree to these terms.

The service

FURSOY Mail is a Windows Gmail client that provides mail synchronization, desktop notifications, verification-code detection, and user-initiated mail actions. The application connects directly to Google services and stores its mailbox cache locally on your device.

Your account and authorization

You must use an account that you are authorized to access. You control which Google accounts are connected and may revoke the application's access at any time through your Google Account settings. You are responsible for activity you initiate through the application.

Acceptable use

You may not use FURSOY Mail to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, distribute harmful content, interfere with Google or FURSOY Mail services, or attempt to bypass security or access controls.

Google and third-party services

Gmail access is provided through Google APIs and remains subject to Google's terms and availability. Updates are distributed through GitHub Releases, and email content may load third-party resources when you permit remote images. FURSOY does not control these third-party services.

Privacy

The FURSOY Mail Privacy Policy explains what data the application accesses, why it is used, and where it is stored.

Availability and changes

The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. These terms may also be updated, with the date above changed to reflect the latest version.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FURSOY makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, or the availability of third-party services. FURSOY is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from use of the application.

Ending use

You may stop using FURSOY Mail at any time by removing connected accounts, revoking Google access, and uninstalling the application.
